GENERAL MEETING AND ELECTION
SATURDAY MARCH 28, 2026 10:00 A.M.
This year we will be electing 3 Directors and a President. We will also be deciding on a change to By Law ARTICLE I Section 14: There shall be two (2) consecutive term limits to any elected office, not to exceed six (6) consecutive years of service in any one position and upon completion must vacate the position for a one-year period and thereafter, shall qualify for a future position on the Board with the following exceptions:

A Director or Vice-President may run for a position in an upward line of progression to the office of Vice-President or President. Any member desiring to run for the vacating position of Vice-President or President must meet the minimum requirements and have preferably served a minimum of one year as an elected or appointed Board member.

Upon completion of two consecutive terms, a candidate desiring to run for any of these three expiring positions, Board member, Vice-President, or President stands unopposed in an election, the term limit clause shall not apply. Any remaining time in the vacant position filled by Board appointment shall not count towards term limits.
IF APPROVED BY THE MEMBERSHIP THE PROPOSED BY-LAWS,
ARTICLE #14 WILL BE REVISED AND ADOPTED ON 3/28/26

Membership:
Lost Gate Keys will be replaced at a cost of $20.00 each. Staff members have keys on hand to help you get a replacement, keys that fail to open the gate can still be turned in for a no-cost replacement.
2026 Work weekends:
Sat April 11 & Sun April 12;Sat July 11 & Sun July 12;Sat Oct 3 & Sun Oct 4
Work days start at 8am so please be on time. To receive credit for your workday you must sign in and out on the workday sign in sheet. Please call ahead to be put on a list for event workdays by calling the Secretary-Karen Gautreaux at 925-413-4277. Workdays may also be arranged with the Groundskeeper at 209-814-3923 for miscellaneous projects.
Work days start at 8am so please be on time. To receive credit for your workday you must sign in and out on the workday sign in sheet. Please call ahead to be put on a list for workday parties and events by calling the Groundskeeper at 510-676-6229 for miscellaneous projects.

Members desiring to run for one of three Director positions or the President position that will be up for election in 2026, must be present at the Board of Directors meeting on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 7:00pm.
No nominations will be taken from the floor at the annual meeting.
General Meeting and Elections are scheduled for Saturday March 28, 2026 at 10am.

!IMPORTANT!
To enter the gate – place the cards flat surface in front of the reader, it’s not necessary to sweep the card or even touch the reader, then the gate will open. Wait until the gate opens fully before proceeding, after you pass through the gate, stop until it closes automatically. DO NOT STOP IN THE PATH OF THE GATES OR TRY TO FOLLOW ANOTHER VEHICLE!!! If you have guests you must use your card to admit each vehicle. Envelopes for guest camping fees will be provided at a drop box near the office or from the groundskeeper/camp host. You are responsible for collecting the camping fees and dropping them in the drop box outside of the office. If you have a problem with your card, there is a walk in gate to the right of the main gate. Park off the road and notify the groundskeeper. There will be a $20 replacement fee for each card lost.
